Paso 1: Register and Verify your Account
The first step to becoming a part of the Spathios hosting community is to register, which is absolutely essential to be able to upload your venue.
You will need to verify your account in order to be able to respond to customers via the platform, confirm the availability of a request and take control of the management of your bookings.
Your account will be automatically verified once you have entered your billing details correctly.
Step 2: Login
The first step to start being part of the Spathios hosting community is to register, an absolutely essential step to be able to upload your venue.
Recover your Password
If you have forgotten your password, follow the steps to recover your account:
To upload your venue, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Spathios website. Spathios.2. Click on your profile picture (top right).
3. Select 'List your space‘.
4. You will be able to add the location, arrival instructions, cancellation policy, currency, description, prices, capacity, photos, and opening hours.
5. Create a description that includes what your space looks like and the features of your space to create an attractive context.rear un contexto atractivo.
6. Highlight your space with good, high-quality photos.
7. Click 'Continue' to move forward in the process.
*Remember to finish and save the whole process, otherwise you will lose your data.*
Edit your venue
If you want to edit the information about your space, you can do it from the section “My venues” where you will find the option to choose which space you want to modify. You can add and change all the data you want, but bear in mind that the modifications are divided into two blocks.
- Generic information There are certain characteristics and general elements that, when edited, are applied together, regardless of the activity for which the space is enabled, as in the following cases:
- Location
- How to get there
- Capacities in relation to m2
- Cancellation policy
- Spathios Policies
- Specific information → There are also elements that you need to edit individually for each activity. These are:
- About your space (title, description, and rules)
- Prices, capacity, and extras included
- Photographs
- Available hours (operating hours)

Enable your venue
Make a review of the activities you accept in your space. Make sure to enable only those activities that correspond to the real possibilities of your space, you can enable or disable your space whenever you want.

We have different cancellation policies, you can choose the one that best suits you at the time of registration:
Very flexible
Flexible
Customers will receive a full refund, excluding handling fees, if they cancel their booking 7 or more days before the start time of the event. Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours prior to the event start time will receive a 50% refund, excluding handling fees. Cancellations sent less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Standard 30 days
Customers will receive a full refund, excluding handling fees, if they cancel their booking 30 days or more before the start time of the event. Cancellations between 30 and 7 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund, excluding handling fees. Cancellations sent less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable.
Standar 90 days
Clients will receive a full refund, excluding handling fees, if they cancel their booking 90 days or more before the start time of the event. Cancellations between 90 and 14 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund, excluding handling fees. Cancellations sent less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable.
Invoicing process when the client is a private individual
When the client is a private individual, the invoice is automatically generated with the corresponding amount seconds after the payment is made via the platform: :
a) Invoice from the host to the customer.Invoicing process when the customer is a company or a self-employed person
When the client is a company or a freelancer, two invoices are generated
The total amount that you will receive for each reservation made is composed of 85.5% sum of:
a) The established price and the number of contracted hours.b) The extra costs (cleaning fees, extra price per person, etc).
It is important that you take into account that this price per hour is not the net amount that you will receive for each reservation, as it includes the followingSpathios commission of 14.5% + VAT.
The payment process for each booking goes through the following stages:
a) The client requests a reservation through the platform.b) You review and accept the request, as long as it meets your requirements.
c) The client pays the total amount of the reservation, thus, it is confirmed.
d) Payments are made through the Stripe payment gateway. This gateway allows you to automate transactions in a secure way.
e) You will receive the payment, by bank transfer, between 1 and 3 working days after the activity has taken place. In this way, both parties will have time to notify any incident that may have occurred.
If you want to check the payments, both pending and already made, you can do it from the Transaction History. Follow the steps below to review all payments registered on the platform:a:
1. Click on the top right-hand side, where your username appears, in the 'Account' section2. Click on the 'Transaction History' section
3. You will find:
· Upcoming payments→ Bookings that have already been formalized but you have not yet been paid (you will be able to check the expected payment date).
Spathios Policy
At Spathios we want to ensure that we comply with the applicable regulations along with the terms and conditions to protect our community. Therefore, we have restricted certain actions in order to prevent any risk:
a) Exchanging the following contact details with the client, via the platform's message thread, before the reservation is formalized:
- Adress of the venue
- Contact information
- Rates
b) The commercial name of the space in any format or support (images, text, logo, etc)
c) Desired additional material (dossier, photos, plans, etc). If you want to share any additional file with the client, you will have to do it through the Spathios support chat.
