Tiene además una zona de estudio con material de trabajo y una zona más privada donde encontrarás el salón, el recibidor, una ducha de obra, pintada de blanco que a mediodía le da el sol directo y cocina abierta. Casi no tiene paredes por lo que proporciona comodidad en shootings y rodajes. Tiene entrada independiente desde la calle ideal para cargar y descargar material cómodamente.
